How I managed a team of four project managers to install digital signage at over 30K physical locations.
Worked with engineers and sales teams to develop a GTM plan, and with legal to review managed service contracts with vendors across the US and Canad both in English and French, while planning development work with front-end teams.
Managed development project work to enable front-end menu board content management tied to POS systems. Created installation documentation and support training documentation in the form of a managed wiki knowledge base.
Trained managers, support teams, and install technicians on installation + troubleshooting steps, including frequently asked questions, common roadblocks, and installation timing + expectations across signage configurations.
At Stratacache, I helped stand up entire digital menu board solutions in collaboration with engineering, development, and business partners across brands that span the entirety of North America. Working as the lead project manager for Walmart, and Restaurant Brands International, I oversaw the successful implementation of menu boards across 30K locations between four project managers.
