At Meijer, I helped stand up retail media in collaboration with marketing technology & front-end development teams and business partners in operations and analytics. I helped establish new processes and implement new workflow management strategies & software that unlocked scalable operations with real-time reporting.

This means leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale Meijer Media,and defining delivery frameworks and KPIs that align Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Compliance on timelines and scope.
