Digital Signage

My largest program by volume. I led multiple implementation project managers in partnership with Bailiwick to install digital menu boards at multiple Quickserv restaurants across the US and Canada; including Burger King and Tim Hortons as well as managing implementation of Walmart's tenant money center and pharmacy display signage in partnership with CrossCom.

As lead project manager for our Walmart account, I took over control of an existing operation, implementing efficiencies and reducing waste immediately. I implemented clearer communication and real-time operational tracking in shared digital tools which enabled more transparency and unlocked reporting that revealed scheduling conflicts, inconsistent contract execution, and more.

Managing team members at the Project Manager II level, in tandem with our implementation manager, we executed a full restaurant digital menu board transformation for Tim Hortons US and Canada, as well as Burger King. We implemented new digital signage for indoor and outdoor menu boards across thousands of locations en mass, also integrating new proprietary technology in the drive thru that delivered enhanced analytics for RBI.

In this role, I was directly involved between implementation, software developers, legal, sales, and customer support to set up the program from scratch. We managed everything from inventory, support documentation, contract negotiations, web portal development, and more; working in tandem with multiple teams to execute effectively.

Telecommunications

I have led innovation in telecommunications since 2012 with certificates from T-Mobile and Nokia. Working with GCs in the Cincinnati, Columbus, and Indianapolis markets, I have executed hundreds of successful integrations with 5G AirScale modules from Nokia.

Operating as Coba Communications LLC in Ohio, I led teams of integrators that consistently improved operations through real-time progress updates, process-based troubleshooting, and innovative process changes that reduced labor hours in the thousands. We consistently found new ways to execute better quality integrations without sacrificing safety.

Retail Media

I have led cross-functional initiatives while working with leadership to develop a retail media network that relies on first-party anonymized purchase data to create closed-loop measurements on how advertising ties directly to shopper purchase behavior. I have coordinated both business projects and B2B marketing efforts on a team with high-value clients that have robust advertising spend and only put their dollars in effective campaigns.

As both a manager of business projects & B2B strategy, I've worked with development teams to coordinate new CMS platforms to build a centralized hub of marketing materials, establish a credible online presence that solidified our team as a prime stakeholder in RMN, and facilitated the purchase and transfer of a premium domain.
